Is SoulCollage® for Me?

With the SoulCollage® process, all of your inner parts are seen and heard! Through the steps of creating and consulting the cards, your understanding of your self deepens and evolves. We can identify parts of ourselves and, once identified, see their roles in our lives transformed.
You don’t need any prior knowledge or artistic skills to do SoulCollage®—just an interest in discovery and a willingness to explore your self. All you need to be able to do is cut out images and paste them on matte board (materials are provided at all workshops). There is no “bad” or “wrong” way to create a SoulCollage® card—they are all as different and unique as ourselves!

How does SoulCollage® Work?
You will weave together the wisdom of your eyes, your hands, your heart, your emotions, your intellect, and your intuition in making and using your cards. This holistic process embraces all aspects of human nature. SoulCollage® is a creative and meditative practice that honors the parts of our lives that are strongest as well as those that remain underdeveloped, and often provides profound insights for those consulting the cards.

Who can benefit from SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® appeals to diverse age groups and organizations because it does not rely on special insight or specific skills. Everyone doing SoulCollage® is an expert on their own inner world and stories.
Although spiritually oriented, SoulCollage® is not affiliated with any one religion. Although it involves the creative process, it does not require artistic skills or any other kind of training. Thousands already use it in their personal and professional lives. In the years since SoulCollage® made its debut, more than 1,000 facilitators have been trained in the US, Australia, Europe and Asia. It is used in hospice work, prisons, addiction recovery centers, hospitals and classrooms, at board meetings, and in mediation. SoulCollage® is taught in private and academic institutions and has been adopted by study groups of different religious orientations as a practice for deepening one’s spirituality.
